Settlement for Rotator Cuff Injury - May 26, 2010

On April 30, 2010, The Padberg & Corrigan Law Firm settled a lawsuit for a cleint who was involved in a car accident in Hillsboro, Missouri. The client was rear-ended by another vehicle and sustained a shoulder injury. It was determined that the client had sustained a torn rotator cuff injury that had to be repaired surgically. The Padberg & Corrigan Law Firm file a lawsuit against the other driver and the insurance company made a reasonable offer of $70,000 and the lawsuit was settled to resolve the motor vehicle collision and fully compensate their client.
